1) What bills are paid?

Efficiency One Bedrooms, we pay for Electric & Gas. Large One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms we pay for the Gas.

2) What are your lease terms?

1 year lease term.

3) Are you offering any specials or discounts?

We do not offer any student, military, or employer discounts. 

4) Do you have a courtesy officer?

No, we do not.

5) Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $250.00, which is non-refundable, and a pet deposit of $250. This can be refundable when you move as long as there are no pet damages. Limit 2 pets, under 20lbs, no vicious breeds.

6) Do you have covered parking?

We do not have covered parking or assigned parking.

7) Do you have 24 hour maintenance?

Yes, we do provide 24 hour maintenance.

8) How much is your application fee?

$30.

9) Do you have washer/dyer connections?

We do not have W/D connections; we have 4 laundry facilities on property.

10) What are your amenities?

We have a pool with a sun deck, 4 laundry facilities, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, 24 hour maintenance.
